During our initial in-home consultation, we will discuss the overall scope of the project, your vision for the space, and your specific goals and preferences. Your feedback will guide our creative direction and help us develop tailored concepts for the project. We will take preliminary measurements, create initial sketches as needed, and explore potential design ideas. This meeting also allows us to review the project in detail and determine the appropriate level of design services required. At that time, we will present the option to utilize our in-house design services and clearly outline any associated costs.

Skip if Not Needed. Once the appropriate level of design support has been determined, we will schedule a follow-up in-home meeting to review the project in greater detail. During this consultation, we will discuss all design elements, available options, and anticipated costs. Both the Project Manager and Designer will be present to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative discussion. We strongly encourage you to have any inspirational photos, reference materials, or ideas available at this meeting, as they help inform and refine the final design direction. Following this consultation, we will present a completed design along with a formal proposal for the construction of the project. Should you decide not to move forward with our services, all designs provided will remain yours to keep.

The FUN Part. Upon final approval of the design, acceptance of the proposal, execution of the contract, and completion of all required permitting, construction will commence on your project. Throughout this phase, we prioritize the protection of your home, maintaining a clean, secure, and well-managed work environment at all times. We employ advanced construction techniques, premium equipment, and meticulous planning to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. You will have direct, ongoing communication with your dedicated Project Manager, who will provide regular progress updates and oversee the project with a focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship from start to completion.

Upon completion of the project, including the punch-out process, all materials, equipment, and dumpsters will be removed from the jobsite. The work areas will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for final enjoyment. For larger remodels, we offer professional post-construction cleaning services to address any residual dust that may have traveled to other areas of the home. Once final photographs are taken, your newly transformed space is ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
